On clean skin, apply warm Body Contour Gel with a brush and massage into skin. Wrap area in plastic wrap to trap heat and protect clothes. After approximately 45 minutes, remove plastic wrap and massage remaining gel into skin. Drink 3 to 4 liters of water after wrap session.

Results can be seen immediately after wrap and will improve by the next day as the body flushes out toxins. Multiple sessions will provide more dramatic and lasting results to cellulite and stretch marks. To provide the best results, pair with daily exercise and a healthy diet.
